Kimmins Contracting Picnic

Under the bright Tampa sun, families gathered for the Kimmins Contracting Corp. 2024 annual employee & family appreciation picnic at Mary Help of Christians Corporate Retreat right in the heart of Tampa. Set against the serene backdrop of Bellows Lake, attendees enjoyed a satisfying menu featuring BBQ chicken, homemade hamburgers, and hot dogs, accompanied by classic picnic sides and beverages.

From the youngest to the young at heart, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Activities catered to a range of interests and ages, with field games and volleyball providing casual entertainment. Canoes and kayaks offered a tranquil escape on Bellows Lake, while the Pop-a-Nerf range provided safe thrills for participants. Two face painters and two caricature artists added a touch of amusement to the day’s events.

The highlight of the picnic was the variety of engaging activities for Kimmins Contracting Corp., including a rock wall, Quad Power Jump, and Safari obstacle course. Organized by Colleen Simon, the event planner at Kimmins Contracting Corp., in collaboration with Sports Fun Corporate Events & Company Picnics since the early 2000’s, the picnic exemplified the company’s dedication to fostering camaraderie and appreciation among its employees and their families in a relaxed outdoor setting.
