Sports Fun Delivered!!! Every year our company hosts an event for all of our team partners, which is roughly around 150 guests. Typically, I would source a variety of vendors for activities and food for this event, which is very time consuming. This year I hired Sports Fun to do it all for me. This was the best decision I have made. Bill answered our every need and stayed on top of all the planning from start to finish, all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the event with my team. The entertainment was a hit and the food even better. Our team partners raved for the next week of how wonderful our event was and it is all thanks to Sports Fun.

We have been partnering with Sports Fun for over a decade now and I can’t say enough about how EASY they make hosting our annual company picnic. They are a local family business (which I love supporting!) and Bill and his team take care of everything: entertainment, food, field games, etc. We just show up, welcome our teammates, and enjoy the picnic! He always brings a quality team with him and they are a big help getting folks up and participating. Bill is very knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay area venues and parks and is a preferred vendor with the county so getting the event application approved is a snap too. Makes my job so much easier!! This was a fantastic company to work with! From the very beginning Bill was very helpful in directing me where to go and what to do to plan our corporate Wellness Picnic. Bill went above and beyond to make the planning as simple as possible, (i.e. completing the special events application for the county park reservation).
On the day of the event Bill and the team had arrived more than two hours early to make sure they got the perfect placement of each sporting event and game. They even helped me unload my vehicle — not something they were getting paid to do, but just super helpful people!
After setup Bill’s team took over the reigns… With respectfully teaching the children how to play the games/obstacle courses, getting parents involved in the scavenger hunt and being excellent event directors. The whole team was awesome, but would like to give a shout out to Cody and Jake for really stepping up in the leadership position.

Fantastic reviews! People loved the veggie burgers; I did too actually! But it was all really good.
